Rachel has been a student of yoga since 1999, as well as other physical expressions such as t'ai chi, ballet, and salsa. Come check out my class & be amazed!

In 2009 I was in a car accident & lost two fingers on my right hand. I had to re-invent myself quickly & effectively. I chose Yoga & Nutrition to heal. I love working with women over 50 & busy professionals. Food is common ground for all of us as well as the energy in a kitchen is very powerful. It is constantly changing. Working with women over 50 speaks to my heart & is who I am. I create the environment & ask the questions that help you get in touch with life’s changing. I did it!
