YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a gentle, restorative, & therapeutic class. Expect 2-5 minute holds in each pose. Intention is to not only improve flexibility but balance the nervous system by working into the fascia and energy channels. We will use props including blocks, bolsters, straps & blankets to keep you comfortable and safe.

This is a beginner to all level yoga class. This is where beginners should start their journeys on their mat or for pregnancy. In this lighthearted and slow-paced yoga practice, each step forward on your mat is an opportunity to go within. This class provides a balance of relaxation poses, stretching, slight core building, with slower paced postures. This class flows beautifully between multiple styles such as Hatha Yoga, Flow, & Yin Yoga. Also great to cross train, rehab from a surgery or injury, or reset your nervous system and body.
BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW

Want to learn how to do Vinyasa Yoga? Or is the All Levels Vinyasa to fast? This class is a step up from Gentle Flow and a slower moving class that the Non Heated Vinyasa classes. You will learn to sequence Asanas into Breath to Movement.

Vinyasa Flow for Beginners to Intermediate, set in a non-heated room. This class will focus on sequencing Hatha Asanas with breath to movement, building heat, strength, and flexibility. Strong alignment and Pranayama cues. Expect a warm up, Salutations, Standing Postures, & Cool Down to move your spine in all directions while balancing your mind body with intentional breathing.
HEATED VINYASA
(level 1-2)

Vinyasa is a sequencing of Hatha Asanas (Postures) linked together utilizing a breath to movement. This enhances circulating energy, cardiovascular health, moving meditation. The asanas will assist with both strengthening & flexibility and balancing of the nervous system. Expect a warm up, Salutations, Standing Postures, & Cool Down to move your spine in all directions while balancing your mind body with intentional breathing. Instructor will provide Level 1 Modifications for beginners & options for advanced students. Please practice to your own level.
HEATED VINYASA
(level 2-3)

Similar to Heated Vinyasa L1-2 focus on more advanced asana, transitions, strengthening, and technique. Peak poses will include inversions, arm balances, jump throughs, and more difficult sequencing. Strength & Asana conditioning is incorporated to build your body for advanced poses. Pre-requisite is Heated Vinyasa Level 2, knowledge of asanas, and athletic ability. Not Recommended for Prenatal.
HOT YOGA
(Hot as a Mutha)

Hot as a Mutha - is Hapa Yoga's signature Hot Hatha Series. Inspired by the original 27 posture series. You will expect the same sequence order each class. Postures are held between 30-60 seconds per side, with few dynamic flows for transitions. Intense heat provides health benefits including rinsing out toxins from the body. This class offers a challenging, yet consistent series to help build strength and stamina. NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRENATAL STUDENTS

Tight & Light is our Low Impact fitness class that incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre, Resistance Training & Light Weights. This is a great way to stay focus on your core, see definition in your body, increase strength, lose inches, and rehab your body. Modifications will be provided for pregnancy (however may be difficult in late 3rd trimester)
BARRE

Barre is a fitness class that incorporates low impact excercises, inspired by ballet & pilates. Barre will focus on strength conditioning using lighter weights, increased repitition for a nice burn, & while leaning out the muscles. You will see a beautiful body after just a few classes. All levels welcome.
Modifications will be provided for Prenatal. Baby wearing may be accommodated for new parents.
HIIT

An upbeat High Intensity Interval Training Class jam packed with cardio & infused with weights, use of plyometric, resistance, and strength training to sculpt and tone muscles leading to a stronger practice. Instructor will utilize different modalities and props to keep things fresh. Modifications will be provided for a lower impact option and prenatal safety.
TRX EXPRESS

Strengthen your body in this effective 45 Minute TRX Express Class. TRX is a form of Total Body Resistance Exercise that uses your own body weight & gravity, along with suspension straps to build strength, balance, and flexibility. We will also incorporate weights, resistant bands, and other props for circuit training and variety. This will be accessible to all levels, modifications during pregnancy will be given. This is highly recommended for Post Partum recovery.
HOT PILATES

Get your sweat on. You will experience an intense core based fitness class in a heated room. Expect timed intervals to keep you motivated while you BURN FAT, CHIZZLE YOUR BODY, & BOOST YOUR METABOLISM. Props such as weights, resistant bands & balls, may be used.

BABY & ME
Postnatal, Pre-Walkers

Gentle yoga & fitness combination class for new parents. Babies as young as 6 weeks up to pre-crawling babies. Get your body back while doing mindful movements in a gentle way. Great bonding time with baby and to build community with other parents. We recommend to bring diaper bag, baby carrier, water & yoga mat. If baby arrives sleeping bring in the car seat!. Moms & Dads welcome.
MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Toddlers
Toddlers will enjoy an interactive class to develop their motor skills with sensory play. We incorporate music & instruments, dancing & movements, introduction to yoga, soft prop climbing & tumbling. Fun for the whole family. Parents are required to stay in the class. Grandparents or other caregivers are welcome.
KIDS YOGA
Ages 4-12
Gentle & fun yoga class for kids ages 4-12. Kids will be introduced to yoga postures, pranayama, mindfulness, and focus.
