Group Fitness Classes at Hapa Yoga & Fitness

Some days you want to sweat. Other days you want to slow things down and focus on strength and balance. That’s why our group fitness classes offer different levels of intensity and movement styles. Here are our fitness class offerings, sorted by difficulty.

Tight & Light

Low impact doesn’t mean low effort. Tight & Light blends mat Pilates, barre, resistance training, and light weights for a full-body workout with an emphasis on your core.

This all-level group fitness class is a great option when you want to build strength and stability without high-impact movement. Prenatal modifications are available, although the class may become more challenging later in pregnancy.

Barre

Get ready to feel the burn. Combining ballet and Pilates, Barre focuses on low-impact exercises with lighter weights and higher repetitions to challenge your muscles and build strength.

Barre welcomes all levels, and instructors can provide prenatal modifications.

HIIT

Want to pick up the pace? HIIT is an upbeat group fitness class that combines cardio with weights, plyometrics, resistance exercises, and strength training.

Expect intervals that challenge your endurance while keeping the workout fresh with different movements, equipment, and props. Instructors also provide lower-impact options, making it easier to adapt the workout to your fitness level. Prenatal modifications are available.

TRX Express

TRX Express packs total-body resistance training into 45 minutes. Suspension straps use your own body weight and gravity to help develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Your instructor may also bring weights, resistance bands, and other props into the circuit.

This group fitness class is accessible to different experience levels, with pregnancy modifications available. Hapa also recommends TRX Express as an option for postpartum movement.

Hot Pilates

Like your workout with a little extra heat? Hot Pilates turns it up to 85–95°F for a challenging, core-focused interval workout.

Pilates-inspired movements put an emphasis on core strength, stability, and controlled movement, while timed intervals keep the class moving.

FITNESS

Fitness for Every Body and Every Stage

You don’t need to “get in shape” before joining group fitness classes. You start where you are.

Hapa offers both lower-impact and higher-intensity options, and many classes welcome all experience levels. Instructors provide modifications where appropriate so you can make the workout work for your body.

Pregnant? Tight & Light, Barre, HIIT, and TRX Express offer prenatal modifications.

Returning to movement postpartum? You’ll also find options designed with different stages of life in mind.

We’re here to help you move, not intimidate you.
