Yoga Classes San Diego FAQs
Which yoga class is best for beginners?
If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with Gentle Flow or Beginner Yoga. Both classes move at a comfortable pace and offer gentle yoga for beginners.
Are heated yoga classes safe for beginners?
Yes. Many students try Heated Yoga San Diego classes as beginners. Our Heated Vinyasa Level 1-2 class includes modifications for newer students.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but we also offer mat and towel rentals for your
convenience.
What’s the difference between Hot Yoga and Heated Vinyasa?
Heated Vinyasa is a flowing practice that links movement with breath and offers a different sequence in each class. Our Hot Yoga San Diego class follows the same Hatha-based sequence every time, making it easy to measure your progress.
Can I switch between different class styles?
Absolutely. Many of our members enjoy mixing class styles throughout the week.
